Payments can be made by cheque or cash.

Any cheques returned unpaid will incur a £5 handling charge.
Classes missed for whatever reason are non refundable. In extreme circumstances refunds can be made at the Principals discretion.

If a child leaves without notice and no fees have been paid for classes taken, a letter will be sent to your house explaining what fees are due including two weeks of classes not taken. They must be sent within 14 days. If still no payment, further action may be taken.
If a child leaves and wishes to return, they may do so subject to a place being available.
If your child is on a waiting list, the order of which a place is offered is as follows –
– A child who needs to move up a place
